My dad was always giving

My dad was always helping people. Whether it was sharing a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or offering a small trinket he had found he was happy to give. I would like to continue my dads giving spirit and have lots of ideas for how to do this. A couple things I think my dad would like:

- Purchase, decorate and dedicate a tiny home in memory of my dad in Compassion Village

- Paint a mural in memory of him, artwork for all to enjoy.

- Name an existing street in his honor or name a new street, "Cabral Street" perhaps

- Plant a fig tree in his memory as he was excited to harvest the figs at his last camp

- Install cameras along 65th Street as this was the street he was killed on

- Buy a cup of coffee for someone in memory of my dad and share on social: #CupofJoe4Joey

A memorial fund has been set up to help these dreams come to life. Donate here: https://gofundme.com/cabral
